Nap - Weston
Union House is set in the heart of Weston-super-Mare, moments from the beach and pier. The building is currently disused office space above a parade of shops. Boyce Group is applying for planning permission to add two additional levels, to match the height of the building next door. If approved, the end result will be forty-eight studio apartments that will be let out by Nap on a nightly basis.
The studios
The studios will have a modern style with an industrial feel that will be born from the existing construction of the building, reinforced concrete and exposed services. The studios will have an abundance of natural light and brilliant proportions
Open in 2025
